Do you love yourself?

I stumbled upon this brotha's blog & twitter page today. His name is Paul Carrick Brunson and he's the founder of a modern day coaching and matchmaking service called One Degree From me.  Below is a video that was on his blog titled "Do you love yourself?"  The title caught my attention immediately so I checked out the video.  I'll just say this, I do believe that it is imperative that we have self love before we decide to enter a committed relationship.
