Hey there lovelies! Hope you all have been well. The last few weeks have been wild and full. I ended up getting sick, and my body shut down for a while. I had a sore throat and just wasn't feeling my best for a week or so, so I took a mini pause to rest. Thank God I'm feeling better now.
I'm realizing that I cannot give my all if I don't make time to take care of my mental and physical health. I love my businesses tremendously, but I had to take a step back and review what has been going on and I didn't like the way it all looked. I've been skipping church to work. Missing family events and special moments, which I definitely do not feel good about. So, I've decided to give myself my Sunday's back to attend Church and enjoy my loved ones.
I've taken the last two Sundays off and it has been absolutely wonderful! Below are some pictures of how I've enjoyed my Sundays. I'm looking forward to many more days like this!

I was wondering when you were going to run out of gas. So proud of your efforts, but sis, you have got to enjoy the life you're creating, or all the work is for nothing. Remember this...No one says, "I wish I had worked more," on their death bed.
ReplyDeleteYep, I definitely have been working like crazy....I've been enjoying myself as well, but just not getting to do the things I was REALLY yearning for....worship and family....my priorities. Thanks for your feedback Glelnda....it's always welcomed. :)
DeleteSelf care is imperative, My. Gotta take care of you. xo
